1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Pagoda Shipping platform ("Service"), operated by Pagoda Logistics AB ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pagoda Shipping provides shipment tracking, return request management, and shipping-related services to end recipients and businesses. The Service acts as an intermediary platform and does not itself perform the physical transportation of goods.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including return requests
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our prior written consent

5. Return Shipments

Return requests are subject to the return policies set by the shipping company that sent your shipment. We facilitate the return process but do not determine return eligibility. Return windows, approval requirements, and eligible carriers are defined by the shipping company. Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.

6. Personal Data

We collect and process personal data necessary to provide the Service, including your name, email address, phone number, and shipment-related information. Your data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with carrier partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling shipment and return services.

7. Cookies

The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the platform to function. These include:

• Session cookie — maintains your authenticated session while using the Service
• Security cookie — provides protection against cross-site request forgery

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. No data is shared with third-party advertising or analytics services through cookies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to shipment delays, lost packages, or carrier service failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden.
